Software Engineer

LocalStack

Biography

I am a Software Engineer at LocalStack building the world’s best open-source local cloud development experience.

My PhD thesis focuses on reproducible performance evaluation of serverless applications and their underlying cloud infrastructure. I empirically studied performance variations in cloud environments through cloud benchmarking using real-world application-benchmarks and synthetic micro-benchmarks. I am also known for my work with Cloud WorkBench (CWB), a cloud benchmarking toolkit to automatically provision and execute performance benchmarks in cloud environments.
